TCG earned this credential as a result of an anonymous company-wide employee survey conducted by GPTW.
Results from the survey reveal that:

- 99% of staff say they are encouraged to balance their work and personal life
- 99% of staff say that management trusts people to do a good job without watching over their shoulders.
- 99% of staff are proud to say the work for TCG
