Our Employee Happiness Department guides us in living and operating by our core values, ensuring that our people have the best community, culture, professional development opportunities, and work/life balance in the industry. Encouraging and supporting happiness at work isn’t just a side job or another function layered onto HR. It takes a dedicated team, and our Employee Happiness team are our happiness champions.
The Employee Happiness Department is more than just a coordinating center for engagement activities. The team meets with every TCGer at least three times a year to see how they are getting on, to get an understanding of their goals, and to figure out ways for TCG to support them. These touchpoints help management understand the emotional health of the company, as the Vice President of Employee Happiness relays employee sentiments directly to the Executive Management team. This ensures that TCGers’ voices are heard while strategic decisions on the future of the company are formed.
