Diversity, Justice, Equity, and Inclusion
Thank you for visiting TCG’s Diversity, Justice, Equity, and Inclusion (DJE&I) page. TCG approaches DJE&I with a unique mindset. We encourage all employees to come and join the conversation on this important topic, but we’re abundantly aware that this is a formidable challenge. Hence, we have chosen to take an approach that is sensitive to the nature of employee’s feelings, experiences, and willingness to be open to meaningful dialogue.
TCGers Around the World
A Note from our Director
We continuously strive to educate our community (professionally and otherwise) and promote from within. The best news about our efforts is we’ve accomplished this organically. If you viewed other areas of our website, you’ve hopefully gleaned that we simply seek ambitious, capable, and intelligent people who find our mission statement compelling.
Our quest is to make sure that TCG will continue to be a welcoming community and with the hopes of positively impacting the world around us.
-Julian Dickerson, TCG DJEI Director
Faces in the Crowd is a series of biographies of individuals worldwide who have served as the impetus for change and the betterment of humankind. We share them with the TCG Community and across our external social media channels.
We created a map of where we come from. It reminds TCGers that the richness of our different cultures is drawn from across the globe. We hope that it also reflects that recruiting at TCG is a red carpet invitation to people of different races, genders, religions, ages and all backgrounds.
We keep TCGers informed about up and coming DJE&I events with quarterly newsletters.
TCGers are afforded the opportunity to engage a community outside the realm of the immediate company and discuss a topic selected by Inclusivv. Inclusivv works with companies, organizations, and communities to create a deeper understanding of diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) through structured conversations.
No DJE&I program is complete without enrichment from people who are out there working to improve understanding and communications around DJE&I issues.
