TagCloud

TagCloud is a new folksonomy tool that “searches any number of RSS feeds you specify, extracts keywords from
the content and lists them according to prevalence within the RSS feeds.” This is useful because you can quickly see what tags are being most used throughout the blogosphere you’ve defined for the cloud For example, I set up an US government IT TagCloud, called USGovIT, which you can see here. The size of each listed tag indicates how prevalent it is in the cloud. Right now, the cloud shows that my feeds are hot on these tags (among others): medical records, cio, cybersecurity, health information, and dhs. If you click on any tag, you get the abstracts of each article to which the tag relates — very useful for getting a cross-section of articles about that subject from across all your RSS feeds.
