The first NGP White Paper, Accelerating Grants Streamlining: Furthering the Recommendations of GAO’s Grants Streamlining Report,
was released a few hours ago.  I’m the co-chair of the NGP White Paper
Series Committee and the team did a really fantastic job in putting
this dense volume of information together, at the behest of Andrea
Brandon of the P.L. 106-107 PMO at DHHS. We’ll be embarking on our next
