Excellence.Gov Awards logo

Every year the Excellence.Gov Awards are held to highlight the very best government IT projects, and I’m the chair this year! The awards receive significant publicity every year, including the annual award ceremony, which is one of the Industry Advisory Council’s largest events. These awards are a great way to recognize project staff for their successful work. Information on past awards is located here, here, here, and here.

This year the awards topic is Leveraging Technology to Enhance Collaboration, with a focus on how government organizations achieve their objectives by more effectively working together by using innovative technologies. Some examples might include collaboration for…

…citizen impact

…business operations

…protecting the homeland

…improving mission delivery

…shared mission delivery

…Line of Business implementation
