WASHINGTON — TCG is excited to announce that the company has been named among Inc. magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2019. This is the second consecutive year that Inc. has recognized TCG for creating an exceptional workplace through vibrant culture, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits.
The Inc. Best Workplaces list is the result of a comprehensive company-wide survey of private American companies. The full list will be published in the June 2019 issue of Inc. magazine and is available online at Inc.com.
Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. The strongest engagement scores came from companies that prioritize employee recognition, performance management, and diversity. According to the survey, “collaborative” was the word that most TCG employees used to describe the company.
“Collaboration is one of our core values along with intelligence and honesty,” said Daniel Turner, President of TCG. “Recognizing the value that people bring to TCG is the first step to creating our collaborative environment. TCG humans are far more than just ‘resources.’ They’re individuals and community members beyond the work they do for us, and our culture reflects this very obvious fact. As I said last year when we were named to the list, creating a supportive workplace and positive culture should be the standard, not the exception. We continually work to prove TCG’s value to our employees just as we do for our customers, so we should expect to be on this list every year.”
“With today’s tight labor market, building a great corporate culture is more important than ever,” says Inc. magazine editor in chief James Ledbetter. “The companies on Inc.‘s Best Workplaces list are setting an example that the whole country can learn from.”
