Adoption assistance program is among the best in the nation.

Washington, D.C., September 14, 2016: For the second time, TCG is recognized as a Top Adoption-Friendly Workplace by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. TCG is tied for the best small business, and No. 45 of all businesses in the United States.

TCG’s offers an adoption assistance benefit of up to $10,000. The benefit helps offset legal fees, court costs, agency fees and other adoptions expenses. Employees may also allocate pre-tax income to an adoption flexible spending account, and take advantage of TCG’s parental leave program when their adoption goes through.
