TCG Awarded $75M Blanket Purchase Agreement to Support the GSA OCIO PB-ITS Project Management Office

WASHINGTON DC—TCG has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from the General Services Administration (GSA) Office of the Chief Information Officer. Under the contract, TCG will support the Office of Public Buildings Information Technology Services’ (PB-ITS) Project Management Office. The multi-award BPA has a ceiling value of $75 million through September 2024.

The GSA Public Buildings Service manages nearly 8,700 government-owned and leased buildings in U.S. states and territories. TCG will support the PB-ITS in managing its complex IT environment, help enhance the Project Management Office’s processes and facilitate Agile implementation while increasing quality service to customers across the government. In addition to project management and development, other support activities include:

  • Requirements Analysis
  • Technology Assessment
  • Data Integration Support
  • Acquisition Support
  • Post Implementation Review

TCG’s expertise in Agile transformation and experience was a contributing factor in being selected for the award. Since 2003, TCG has been at the forefront of introducing Agile to government. TCG’s proprietary SMRT management methodology, which incorporates best practices from the Project Management Body of Knowledge and Capability Maturity Model, will help PB-ITS deliver best-in-class IT project management services and drive true digital transformation.

“GSA plays a pivotal role in the work of most government agencies,” said Dave Cassidy, TCG Vice President. “Helping improve the Public Buildings Service’s systems and processes will have ripple effects throughout government, accelerate agencies’ missions, and deliver better customer experiences to taxpayers.”
