At TCG we don’t have an endless train of stale birthday cake to eat awkwardly in the breakroom on someone’s special day. There’s no holiday party where you strain to make conversation with coworkers while secretly wanting to be home with your family. TCG events are usually pretty fun and purposeful, and help to create our award-winning culture, foster commitment to our core values, and connect a remote workforce for business, fun, and to contribute to the community.
We do this through company-wide annual events like our All Hands Meeting as well as Sprees, employee chosen and lead events paid for by the company that encompass everything from cooking classes to horseback riding and charity events. Scroll through the images below to see more!

Annual All Hands Meeting
Every Summer, we have our Annual All-hands meeting, where the TCG President Daniel Turner gives the “State of the Company” address and holds an open forum for answering employee questions. #FairHonestandOpen
Horseback Riding Spree
In September 2019, The Western Trail Ride Spree was held at Marriott Ranch. TCGers went on a took a ride in the beautiful Virginia countryside over a meandering trail through creeks, and wooded areas.
Annual Picnic
The annual early-summer picnic is our keystone family-friendly event. There’s tons of food, fun, family, and somehow, there’s always sun. Sometimes we have clowns, but only the non-scary clowns. Frightening children has never been an event. #WeValueourFamilies
Indoor Skydiving
TCGers gathered to don funny-looking outfits and float over the airstream of a big fan. Sounds weird. It’s fun. Trust us.
Employee Appreciation Event
TCG threw a black-tie event to celebrate the people that make the company what it is and show them that they’re valued. #ProveourValue
A TCG Data Team Day at the Catoctin Mountain House
One of the TCG data teams for a federal client spent a productive work day at TCG's Catoctin Mountain House. The house provided the perfect environment for natural team building and collaboration on projects.# InvestOurselves #Collaborative
