The American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) has announced that the Department of the Treasury’s Budget Formulation and Execution Manager (BFEM) program is a finalist for the 2012 Excellence.Gov Awards in the Excellence in Enterprise Efficiencies category.
