I came across a new blog today, called How I Find Grants. Its author, Becky McCray, says:

I’m looking for grants for local city governments, nonprofit organizations, and community development. I keep tabs on grants from the government and from private foundations. I share what I learn here. I’ll give you my sources and share info on any promising leads.
