For the fourth consecutive year, TCG is a certified Great Place to Work. TCG earned certification from Great Places to Work (GPTW) as a result of independent analysis of an anonymous company-wide survey. Employees gave TCG’s culture high marks in several areas including leadership, community, integrity, job satisfaction, and benefits.
According to the survey, 99% of TCG employees believe management is fair and ethical in business practices; the company has special and unique benefits; and that they were made to feel welcome when they joined the company.
