TCG Wins Federal Transit Administration Purchase Agreement

Selected as “best value” for FTA’s program and IT requirements

Washington, DC, April 11, 2005: TCG announced today that the Department of Transportation’s Federal Transit Administration (FTA) has awarded the company a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with a potential maximum value of $6.5 million. The agency intends to use the agreement to acquire a portfolio of program management and IT services, including:

              * Transit Specific Program Management
              * Acquisition Management
              * Conference Planning
       2. General Program Management
              * Strategic Planning and Business Process Reengineering

              * Performance Measurement Development
              * Financial Management
       3. Temporary Services
