Company Honored at Inc. 500|5000 Conference & Awards Ceremony
Washington, DC, September 30, 2009: TCG, a leading government technology strategy and IT advisor, accepted an award from Inc. magazine honoring it as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. The company was also on the Inc. 5000 in 2008 and the Inc. 500 in 2001.
TCG President Dan Turner accepted the award at the Inc. 500|5000 Black-tie Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony on Friday, September 25, 2009 at the Gaylord National Convention and Resort Center at National Harbor outside of Washington, DC. The event, which honors all Inc 500|5000 CEOs and their companies, served as the finale to the Inc. 500|5000 Conference. “We are honored once again to be recognized by Inc. for our achievements and look forward to returning next year as we continue on our growth path,” said Mr. Turner.
TCG’s revenue has grown 405.7% from 2005 to 2008, and ranks the company at 692 on the 2009 list of the fastest growing businesses in America. This achievement also ranks TCG at position 63 of the fastest growing government services companies in the country.
TCG’s company goal is to save the US taxpayer $1 billion by 2016. So far the company has saved the government in excess of $166.1 million by automating once-costly processes, using time-saving and money-saving processes in developing code, helping the government restructure its business processes, and paying careful attention to the company’s own expenses on contracts.
