TCG is pleased to announce that it has been named a 2020 Spring Winner for The Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation by the National Association for Business Resources. The Best and Brightest Award honors companies that display a commitment to excellence in operations and employee enrichment that lead to increased productivity and financial performance. This is the third year in a row that TCG has been honored.
This spring, Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of Best and Brightest Programs highlighted the ability of companies to adapt to changing workplace dynamics due to the outbreak of COVID-19. “Through the first half of 2020, the Best and Brightest Companies To Work For have demonstrated leadership and forward thinking as they pivoted their business and workforce through COVID-19.”

The Best and Brightest honored 183 winning organizations out of 1,700 nominations. Honorees are scored on regional data of company performance and a set standard across the nation.
