TCG’s Angelo Ramilo Honored at HDI Annual Awards Luncheon

Recognized for Commitment to Excellence in Customer Service

Washington, DC, December 12, 2012:  TCG’s Angelo Ramilo was honored as a finalist for the HDI Capital Area Analyst of the Year Award at the 2012 HDI Capital Area Annual Awards Luncheon. Mr. Ramilo and the other award nominees were feted at the ceremony, which was held on Friday, December 7, 2012 at Maggiano’s Little Italy in McLean, VA.

This annual award recognizes support analysts that exemplify the best of the best in the industry and who demonstrate knowledge and understanding of industry standards and commitment to excellence in customer service, while consistently exceeding performance objectives.

Mr. Ramilo is a member of TCG’s team supporting a major government agency, where he provides technical support for a community of over 75,000 users. Since joining TCG in September 2010 he has been consistently recognized by his peers and managers for his excellent customer service and organizational skills.

“While Angelo wasn’t the overall winner of this year’s award, we’re still very proud of his on-the-job achievements and his commitment to providing excellent customer service,” said TCG president Dan Turner. “He was certainly a worthy nominee for this honor and is definitely a winner as an employee as far as we’re concerned!”
