WASHINGTON, DC — TCG is a proud awardee of the Department of Transportation (DOT) Software Engineering Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The multi-award BPA has a ceiling of $280,000,000 for orders placed through May 2024.

Contract awardees will provide software engineering support for approximately 130 active applications and new application development needs across a wide range of technology stacks across all DOT offices and modes, except the Federal Aviation Administration. Specific contract support includes project management; supporting the agency’s transition from Waterfall to Agile; and development, testing, and maintenance using industry-proven best practices.

Factors that contributed to this award include TCG consultants successfully aiding federal agencies transition to Agile development methodologies, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Development Level 3 appraisals for Service and Delivery, ISO 9001:2015, 20000–1, and 27001, and robust coverage across DOT’s technology environment.
