We believe in the ability of government to do great things. To us, this seems like a minimum requirement for anyone whose client is a Federal agency. But to do great things, government needs to be efficient, transparent, and ethical. TCG provides the technology and management tools to make that happen.

Here are just some of the Federal clients that we have supported:

Federal Communications Commission (FCC)

The FCC regulates interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite, and cable in all 50 states, and is responsible for implementing and enforcing America’s communications law and regulations. To ensure the public has a voice in these regulations, the FCC solicits public comments through the Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS). In 2021, TCG modernized this system and made sending, receiving, and analyzing these comments easier, more accessible, and more secure for the public and FCC staff. The FCC often receives a lot of comments, and ECFS ensures the agency can manage them efficiently.

Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC)

MCC is a U.S. Government foreign aid agency that provides financial assistance to promote economic growth, reduce poverty, and strengthen social service institutions in developing countries worldwide. TCG developed the software to collect, aggregate, and analyze the data which MCC staff uses to make fact-based decisions on aid. With our work, MCC ranks first among U.S. federal agencies and seventh in the world for aid transparency according to the Aid Transparency Index.

U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE)

OGE leads and oversees the executive branch ethics program which is at work every day in more than 130 agencies. They work to prevent financial conflicts of interest to help ensure government decisions are made free from personal financial bias. OGE worked with TCG to develop Integrity.gov, the electronic financial disclosure system that presidential appointees, legislators, and senior government executives use to report financial holdings information. Integrity.gov enhances oversight of government ethics, increases the uniformity of public financial disclosure, and promotes transparency in the financial disclosure process.
