DJE&I
Diversity, Justice, Equity, and Inclusion

TCG’s DJE&I efforts are continuously focused on creating a welcoming community. We are committed to doing that internally by enhancing the employee experience, and externally through serving the community around us.

A Note from our Director

Our official DJE&I program has been in place since 2022. However, diversity, equity and inclusion has always figured into TCG culture. We continuously encourage current TCGers to become a more active part of this ongoing mission by participating in our ever expanding activities. Additionally, our hope is to attract candidates who will join TCG with the vision of contributing to our DJE&I efforts, thus making it an ongoing and expanding part of our culture. Hopefully that means you…

-Julian Dickerson, TCG DJEI Director

Faces in the Crowd is a series of biographies of individuals worldwide who have served as the impetus for change and the betterment of humankind. We share them with the TCG Community and across our external social media channels.

We created a map of where we come from. It reminds TCGers that the richness of our different cultures is drawn from across the globe. We hope that it also reflects that recruiting at TCG is a red carpet invitation to people of different races, genders, religions, ages and all backgrounds.

Let the journey of exposure be your source of inspiration! TCG offers live, interactive international tours of places around the world. Our vision is that as we visit places around the world it enhances our thinking and offers TCGers a unique and hopefully endearing way of learning about other cultures. Here are some of the tours:
  • Casbah, Algiers — National Arab American Heritage Month
  • Hoi An, Vietnam — Asian Pacific American Heritage Month
  • Cape Byron, Australia — International Indigenous People’s Day
We have more scheduled for 2024!

Create a culture of trust, inclusion and respect through meaningful conversations. Inclusivv provides leaders with the content, training and technology to engage in structured, meaningful conversations that spark real and lasting change. TCG has worked with Inclusivv to hold conversations around these following topics:
  • Disability
  • Heritage
  • Age and Inclusion
  • Allyship
  • LGBTQ+ Inclusion
  • Mental Health
  • Unconscious Bias
  • The Voice of Women
  • Belonging

No DJE&I program is complete without enrichment from people who are out there working to improve understanding and communications around DJE&I issues.
  • Patty Digh on Neurodiversity
  • Ann Murdoch on LGBTQ Equity
  • Dr. Stacie Walton on Difficult Conversations in Diversity and Inclusion
